Fish Grill to Thrill

… authentic preparation of fish & seafood on open wood fires

In an informal atmosphere in South African “Braai-style” we present fish and seafood paired with international wines, prepared on an open wood fire using authentic methods.
Indigenous fish fillets from the BBQ board or paper papillote, whole fish from the stone oven or smoker, seafood from the pivot grill and fire-ring, mussels from the Poitjie and smoked eel grilled over the wood fire – plus: lots of wood-fired vegetables.

The event “Fish Grill to Thrill” takes place at different locations across Germany and Europe (see diary). Also in the “Feuer-Werk”, the outdoor area of our own Tasting Room, this inspiring event takes place on fixed dates. You can also bring “Fish Grill to Thill” to your own location – “Fisch Grill to Thrill” can also be booked individually for closed groups.
