A veritable collision of intriguing scents and exotic spices mixed in mild and traditionally spicy soups, impressively accompanied by an exciting selection of wines matched to the stimulating flavours of Asian cuisine – Szechuan pepper, ginger, sesame oil, chilli, coriander, galangal, lemon grass, Soya varieties, Thai basil, cumin, star anise, fennel seeds … just to name a few.

Experience a hot pot either in our own “Tasting Room” in Cologne-Seeberg or in a variety of other places across Germany and Europe (see event calendar), passionately presented by international oenologist and wine & food ‘edutainer’ Roland Birr. Two decades of experience in Asian food culture and the wine trade guarantee an exceptionally authentic experience!
