Outdoor Cooking Workshops

In our own Tasting Room in the Seeberg district of Cologne, we celebrate “food & wine” passionately, simply and authentically using nine different wood fire sources and share with you the different ways to prepare beef, lamb, pork and wild cuts, whole fish & fish fillets, seafood and vegetables.
